Funny. I actually forgot about Blitzkid until like yesterday.

I like Blitzkid fine, but compared to Nekromantix? What can I say?

Necromantix was pretty fucking awesome, and not to mention their Drummer was smoking fine. I love the upright bass. Necromantix was a real nice addition to seeing Blitzkid, who is one of my punk band's biggest influences. But Holy Shit, I had never heard Hillbilly Casino, and I loved it! I really dig the rockabilly, retro Johnny Cash vibe. So to the guys of Hillbilly Casino, I approve of you and what you do.

Wow....it might just be me, but the Nekromantix were fucking amazing. I just stood in one place the whole time they played, and watched. I didn't get in the pit or anything and it seemed pretty out of control. I've been wanting to see them for a pretty long time. I've seen the Horror Pops a couple of times, only because I thought that would be the closest I'd ever come to seeing the Nekromantix.

Hillbilly Casino played a kick ass short set. I don't guess Blitzkid is for me. I just couldn't get into them. Anyway, here's a video of Nekromantix playing "Who Killed the Cheerleader" as their encore: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xXBdDDgOl5M

I have a couple of other songs they did that night on my youtube page.
