This is just absurd. First off, the Gadsen flag is a part of American History that people should be proud of. So what do they do if someone gets it because they are proud of the people who fought under it? And people aren't exactly putting their tattoos on their credit cards. Tattooing is a primarily cash based business.

I grew up in a household that believed tats are a liability, since they can readily ID some one.
