This is going to be a hell of a night. First time Hillbilly Casino play's The Basement, and unfortunately this is Radio Death Wave's last show ever...or until they decide to play again. Also who can forget the Angel Sluts! Make sure you bring plenty of beer for these alcoholics.

Holy Shit...this show is going to kick so much ass! It's good the see the Angel Sluts coming back to Nashville. I used to see them a lot when I lived closer to Memphis.

One week from tonight. And Mike, can you shoot our set? I'm really wanting a good video of this from start to finish.

Hell yeah...I'd be glad to! Do you have when you guys will start playing? My girlfriend wants to go..but has to work until 9. I'm just wondering if she'll have to drive separately.

Probably the day of the show. I had a funeral to go to in KY this past weekend, so that fucked things up.

who needs practice? we aren't playing a basketball game. against hillbilly casino. cause we'd win.

Tonight. Gettin' excited about this one. Even if we do have to play first. Everybody get there early so ya don't miss out. We're planning on a repeat of what we did at the Fear show.

I plan on being there early..I got a pretty bad cold, but I should be able to stumble in for a while at least..unless I get sicker. So people who don't want to get sick, should keep a safe distance away from me. It's just a cold though..not like I got H1N1 or some shit like that.

I had fun last night. But the Basement just didn't do it for me. Everybody sounded great though. Just hate that I didn't drive my own vehicle and had to leave half way through HBC's set.

That was, by far, the best lineup of band I've ever seen at the Basement. The bands sounded great and there was a pretty decent crowd. I had a great time! It was good to see the Angel Sluts again. I finally had some extra cash, so I picked up their cd. It's pretty good...and the Hooligan's cd kicks ass! I'm glad I got there early enough to get a free copy.

i expressed how i feel about the basement on the old boards. it's nothing against the folks that run the place, i just seems more like a place for a solo or small group performance where most everyone on stage is seated (which i have seen a few of those acts there). the sound was good (except i couldn't hear any guitars in the monitors) and i enjoyed hanging out with everyone and everything. angel sluts are some extremly cool folks. i just think something doesn't seem right about that place. oh and they cut my mic off halfway through the set (probably as a favor to the audience).

Felt bad for having to take off after RDW's set, but I'm totally digging the RNRH CD. Thanks Eliott! Let's do some shows when I get Elevens Up back on its feet, maybe in a couple of months.
