Just leaving this up for posterity's sake. We are no longer open. We had an AWESOME run and plan to re-open when opportunities allow once again. Graduating college has priority at this time. See you all soon!

If you're looking for venues to play in Cookeville I think Char and JD's have music on a semi-regular basis.

Hey there!!
First and Cedar is an independent Music Venue / Art Gallery located in Cookeville, TN. We are always looking to book good bands / support local music / build up the scene

We've been open about 7 months and have hosted everything from Metal to Bluegrass to Punk to Ska to Electronica to Movie premiers, formal events and more...

We just had a show last night with Desperate Measures, Guide, and J.B. and the Superjerx (which went great!) and the guys from DM told me about this forum. I'm looking forward to finding out about all the awesome shows and bands in the area and looking forward to hopefully booking some great bands because of it as well.
