except no Psychocharger, unfortunately. But lots of brain munchin, guaranteed!!

You guys know nobody added this to the Scene? Are they boycotting the Muse now?--I didn't see any Muse shows at a glance.

It could be that The Muse didn't send their shows in. Who knows. I know that practice went well last night and we'll be coming as zombie killers. Got a new song down that we'll debut tomorrow night, and a new cover song. All I'll say is that its by Slaughter And the Dogs. you guys can figure out which song it is when ya hear it tomorrow night.

So we're back up to 5 bands? Man. That means we probably won't hit the stage until midnight or later. gonna be a long day and night for the zombies.

Alright..my first post.

I won't be making it to the zombie walk. We're floating the Ocoee river tomorrow, so we'll be heading out to the Chattanooga area bright and early in the morning. I hate that the trip was booked on the same day as Zombie Walk, but that's how shit works out sometimes.

I hope to make it back in time for the Hootenanny tomorrow night. Unless I'm completely wiped out from the rafting trip...I'll be at the Hootenanny...probably dressed as myself.

Actually we are going last .. and Jeano was saying they're starting it early, so it shouldnt be too bad ..

No big deal. I just figured that it would be a really long day for the people who started the zombie walk at 4:00. I think its gonna be fun with all of us.

Hell yeah! That was as fun as the FEAR show. Spookhand really caught me by surprise. The songs go over live really well. Keep up the good work Doc. Cruds had an incredible set. Really dug the way you guys worked up an intro and everything. The Mighty Shrill was pretty cool as well. Didn't know what to expect from them, but was pleasantly surprised. And Fist tore it up as usual despite the rapidly dwindling crowed. I figured zombies could stay up all night long and party.

Here's what I noticed. There were a ton of people that I've never seen at a show before. Just like it was at the FEAR show. Also, there were 3 or 4 times as many females at this show than I've ever seen. Everyone really seemed to enjoy all of the bands. Good vibe all night long. Now here's the question. How do we target all of these kids and also the ones who were at FEAR and get them to come out to more shows? We can't have a zombie walk before every show.

One of my favorite moments from last night was introing "Eat the Living".
All the zombies surged forward moaning, clawing and grabbing.
Dragging me down into the brain eating pit.
I felt like I was in a movie!!!!

HAH!!!!!!! To much fun!

Yeah I totally had a blast, i don't really know how to target those crowds again. themed event usually draw more people. I barely knew the people were there, but it definitely made me feel old. especially when that group of young girls out front wouldnt stop asking to see my boobs

This was indeed a blast and the best Hootenanny yet! Thanks to everyone who came out - the costumes were great, the vibe was good - All the bands were super - The Cruds were awesome as always, and brought the horror... Neville is still my favorite Cruds song of all time, I think! Radio Death Wave is a super punk band - I think next to the Cruds and Psychocharger they have played on more Hootenannys than anyone else, (I'm counting the Grims here too). Shrill was kick ass. Boomer, Jeano, and McNasty all wound up doing double duty each that night, so I know they were wiped out. Boomer's hands were bleeding afterwards! Shrill's stuff is so much fun and their singer is so charismatic it's crazy. Fist is kick ass and I'm sorry more ghouls didn't stick around but they missed out, cause you guys tore it up .

Thanks so much to everyone for the praise on our set too... It was a blast to play and the crowd really seemed to like it. The Muse seems to be the best home for the Hootenanny, and Logan already asked us to come back next year, so I guess that is going to be our gravesite for 2010!

I am not sure how to get all the different folks to come out other than word of mouth. The more great shows that happen at the Muse the more people will be willing to come to another event there.

i had a great time. i was pretty wasted. people usually tell me they can't tell when i'm drunk, but i dont know why. i remember gangrene telling me to remind everyone about fist's set but i dont remember what i said.

who was the fellow with the stiches shirt? i didn't recognize him, but he seemed to know our songs.

cruds; i might have missed it when logan was showing me the bar, but i was dissappointed not to hear meat and three. i think that and teenage werewolf are my favorites. i also meant to finally pick up the new record, but once again, i was hitting the drinks pretty hard.

I don't know who that was but he is the one that hit me in the back of the head during 'back to the bottle' lol
