Nekromantix and Bltz Kid

Dec. 7th @ The Muse. Nekromatix and Blitz Kid. Most likely Hillbilly Casino as well considering Logan asked me to see if they would play and they were just waiting to see what the date was.

Damn, I emailed Logan about The Cruds getting on that bill but never heard back.. D'oh!

Evidently, Nekroman asked for HBC to be on the bill.

I heard HBC wouldn't play unless The Cruds were also added..

I would agree if it wasn't a Tues. night. 4 bands on a Tues. night tends to scare people off more than it attracts them.

You guys work it out. I just talked to HBC for Logan. Would be great if Blitz Kid wasn't on the bill. But like I said, 4 bands on a Tues. night is pushin it.

how did you guys pull off bringing nekromantix to nashville?

December 7th is a Monday - but I'll be there regardless. Very cool! I look forward to seeing Blitzkid again too, those guys put on a good show.

That is only 4 days after the Misfits show, so looks like there'll be plenty of horror punk/rockabilly going down in the area in early December!

BTW - any chance we can get early tickets to this one, or any word how much it'll be?

Devil Doll Booking books them as well as Agnostic Front and a bunch of other bands. So they just contacted Logan to book a show to see how they'll do in Nashville since they've never played here.

Not sure how much tickets are gonna be Doc, but they will go on sale early.

any word on early ticket sales yet? I'd like to get this one in Nov as the Misfits show is just a few days before it... when it rains it pours. Two horror bands within 4 days. Love it! Shame the Cruds aren't on either bill - they'd be a perfect fit.

Just heard from Logan. HBC is on the show. He also said Blacklist Royals are on the bill as well. They're gonna stand out like red balls on a white gopher.

WTF? Of all the bands he could have put on that bill, why them? they don't really draw. They just play with bands that draw.

I'll have to give it to them though. From what I remember they used to be a hard working band. They toured pretty damn hard compared to most bands around here. I actually like some of their songs and they were a pretty tight band. I guess I can also see where that format of slower pop punk does not go over well around here. I have found that Nashville loves the "pure punk" and "pure rockabilly" stuff. I guess were just a bunch of bad mother fuckers huh...lol

yeah, they tour a lot, but evidently Bruce wouldn't let them book a show at the End unless they had HBC on the bill with them because they can't draw there.

I can't wait for this show to happen! I definitley want to buy my ticket in advance!

Necromantix is touring with Rob Zombie right now. They're playing in Louisville the week before this show. My youngest son really wants to go see it, and he has that next day off. So we may head up that way - it's on the 24th. Rob's tour ends the 28th the Necromantix starts right into a solo tour. Kick ass!

Duh... I asked whose work, it appears to be a Nekromantix tour poster with Samhain/Danzig'd-in fonts for the time/date and local support.

actually, it's not a nekro poster. our friend bob storey at Fort Waste Industries, did those for us. He's done several posters for us lately that are up on our myspace. he rules.
