Punk in Murfreesboro

Just moved to Middle TN (murfreesboro) from East TN, looking to start up a pop punk/hardcore band maybe in the style of The Descendents, Kid Dynamite or maybe something in between/similar. Nothing too serious, I just want something to do while I'm not at work. Maybe eventually play some house shows/local venues.


I'm influenced by bands like Dillinger Four, Off With Their Heads, None More Black, Lawrence Arms, Dear Landlord, Paint It Black, etc.
