Guitarist needed for ska band

I'm looking for a lead guitarist to build a 3rd wave ska band around. I am a trombonist who has played for over 15 years and has played large gigs across the southeast this year. I have a climate controlled practice space and I live in Murfreesboro. The last band I was in was located in Nashville and if things work out up there better I don't mind coming that way. I will eventually need a drummer and a bass player as well. I'm not looking to make it big, but I'd like to have a band that can play large regional shows.
